Catalysis
YS Cypriot Catalysts Ltd. has extensive expertise in the field of heterogeneous catalysis for automotive applications, specializing in the development of high-performance catalytic solutions for emission control and fuel efficiency.
The company’s main activities involve the production of catalytic materials for various applications with primary focus on the production of catalytic converters for automotive applications – catalysts and diesel particulate filters (DPFs) for light & heavy-duty vehicles such as passenger cars, buses, ships, etc.
Recycling
YS Cypriot Catalysts Ltd. operates under EU standards and according to circular economy principles which tries to broadly promote through its actions. In this framework, the company has acquired deep expertise in the recycling of End-of-Life (EoL) autocatalysts, batteries, printed circuit boards (PCBs) and photovoltaic panels (PVs).
YS Cypriot Catalysts Ltd. aims to gain value from those secondary materials by recovering the incorporated precious metals to secure their supply chain and make Europe independent from third country imports. Furthermore, the valorisation of the residues is an extra measure to ensure that no harmful by-products are disposed without treatment, thus contributing in reducing environmental pollution.
