Our Services

Efficient and Reliable Solutions

Nano-Catalysts Production

We specialise in developing cutting-edge nano-catalysts tailored to specific industrial applications. In marine systems, our catalysts are engineered to optimize fuel combustion, reducing sulfur oxide (SOₓ) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions, which helps vessels comply with IMO Tier III regulations. These marine catalyst systems are integral to enhancing fuel efficiency and minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, we offer advanced antimicrobial photocatalysts designed for integration into paints and coatings. These innovative solutions leverage light activation to effectively neutralise harmful bacteria and viruses. Such coatings are indispensable in healthcare, automotive, and construction sectors, providing long-lasting antimicrobial protection while reducing reliance on chemical disinfectants.

Novel Ionic Liquids Development

Our ionic liquids are at the forefront of sustainable industrial processes. In critical raw materials (CRM) recycling, ionic liquids serve as a reusable, non-volatile medium for extracting valuable elements like rare earth (REE) metals and platinum group metals (PGMs) from electronic waste and spent catalysts. This technology supports the electronics, automotive and renewable energy industries, while significantly reducing environmental strain. For marine heavy fuel oil (HFO), ionic liquid-based solutions provide an energy-efficient method for desulfurization, by selectively removing sulfur compounds. This allows shipping operators to meet the IMO 2020 sulfur cap and preserve fuel quality. We also apply ionic liquids in diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration, offering an eco-friendly method to restore filter performance.

Life Cycle Analysis and Exploitation

As part of our business operations, we conduct comprehensive life cycle analyses (LCA) to assess the environmental impact of products and processes, from raw material extraction to disposal. This analysis identifies opportunities to reduce energy use, carbon emissions, and waste, helping businesses align with sustainability objectives. Our life cycle cost analysis (LCC) examines the economic impact of products over their entire lifespan, including operational and disposal costs. This helps businesses optimize resource allocation and improve long-term profitability. In societal life cycle analysis (SLCA), we evaluate the social implications of industrial practices, focusing on labor conditions, community health, and stakeholder engagement. This ensures that innovation contributes positively to societal well-being. Finally, our innovation business planning services combine technical expertise with strategic foresight. We assist organizations in navigating feasibility studies, intellectual property management, and market entry strategies, ensuring successful commercialization of new technologies.
