Project Description
CHEMPGM will provide insight into the chemistry and mechanisms associated with the exploitation of Platinum Group Metals-PGMs from secondary materials with the ultimate goal to improve and secure the PGMs value chain. CHemPGM aims also to promote knowledge transfer by utilizing the full knowledge triangle and enabling secondments between the participating organizations for maximal knowledge and innovation exchange.
YS participation Role
YS will carry out the Life Cycle Analysis of the processes developed in the project and assess the sustainability of the PGMs value chain. Provide a deep insight into environmental, financial and societal impact associated with the exploitation of Platinum Group Metals from secondary materials.
