SULFAWAY project aims to study in lab scale and prove the concept of a novel desulfurization methodology of heavy fuel oils, which complies with the “technology/ know-how applications related to the hydrocarbon sector”.
YS participation Role
YS undertakes the development of the process based on liquid-liquid extraction using Deep Eutectic Solvents to reduce the sulfur content from the heavy fuel oil (HFO) of the marine sector.
